Item Description: The BN-2110 Carbide Tipped Bullnose Router Bit is designed to shape the full edge of a workpiece with a smooth bullnose radius. It is ideal for various applications, including stair treads, window sills, table and counter edges, shelves, and moldings. The nose diameter (M) is the thickness of stock that can be nosed, providing a full 180-degree roundover. The flats at the top and bottom of the cutting edges create fillets on stock thicker than the nose diameter. This bit must be used with an edge guide on handheld routers or the fence on a router table for optimal results.

Notes: This bit is not intended for high-speed material removal but rather for precision edge shaping to achieve a professional finish.

Optimize your woodworking projects with the BN-2110, designed for fast, efficient, and precise edge shaping with minimal material waste. This bit is an excellent choice for achieving high-quality finishes on a variety of wood and composite materials, making it a valuable addition to any woodworking toolset.
